Managing Remote or Virtual Work Teams

Managing a team can be challenging enough in person.  Since the restrictions introduced as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak, managers across the world are faced with the additional challenge of doing it all online.  This programme will help managers prepare for these additional challenges.
