St Andrews Management Centre is pleased to announce that we are going to be hitting the ground running in 2024 by running two new ILM cohorts.

Our popular ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management will be commencing on Wednesday 17th January. Back by popular demand, this course is designed to equip candidates with solid management foundation skills. The course runs over a 6-month period with one day of class time a month. Units covered include:

• Understanding Leadership
• Developing Yourself & Others
• Understand how to establish an effective team
• Leading & motivating a team effectively
• Understanding Performance Management
• Developing Leadership Styles

On the 19th February we will also be launching the next cohort of our ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership & Management. This course is ideal for candidates who have already completed the Level 3 Certificate and are looking to further their development. Units covered include:

• Developing Your Leadership Styles
• Delegating Authority in the Workplace
• Understand Costs and Budgets in an Organisation
• Understanding Good Practice in Coaching within an Organisational Context
• Understanding Innovation & Change in an Organisation
